Subscriptions may be used as soon as payment is made; any subscription purchased will be active for a period of 30 days. When you subscribe, your account will be charged monthly every 30 days, until you cancel the auto-renewal option, or if the system fails to debit your account. You are responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the service. All payments made to you in connection with the services will be considered inclusive of tax (if any) and will not be adjusted. TraderSignal payments are processed by Cryptomus, which complies with the PCI-DSS standard.
TraderSignal does not accept requests from residents of Israel, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, or Syria. The information on this site is not intended for residents of any country or territory where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Service Termination
**Client-Initiated Termination**: The Client may terminate the services they are subscribed to at any time by disabling the automatic renewal of services on the company’s website or by contacting support. For clarity, it is specified that termination by the Client can only be done through these means, and the Client’s request via email to not renew the service must be received by the Company at least one (1) business day before the next service renewal date. Termination at the Client’s request or action is immediate and cannot be postponed to a later date.
**Company-Initiated Termination**: The Company may, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, refuse to provide services and may terminate the service at any time for any reason not specified here, by notifying the Client at the email address provided. The Company may also terminate the service immediately at any time, without notice, if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Client is not complying with any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Client is acting in a manner inconsistent with any of these Terms of Use.
**Refunds and Financial Responsibility**: IN THE EVENT OF TERMINATION OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN AS PROVIDED IN SECTIONS 1 AND 2 ABOVE, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OF ITS OCCURRENCE, THE CLIENT IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF PAYMENTS, AND ALL AMOUNTS DUE BY THE CLIENT BECOME IMMEDIATELY DUE AND PAYABLE. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
For Signal Subscribers: TraderSignal will issue a full or partial refund (determined on a case-by-case basis) of the last subscription fee upon a client’s request under the following conditions:
A Platform Error occurs if a trading signal that should have been rejected based on your account settings is accepted by TraderSignal and submitted to your broker, or if a trading signal that should have been accepted is rejected by TraderSignal and not submitted to your broker. TraderSignal is not liable for refunds due to loss of profits or other losses resulting from Platform Errors on any grounds.
Errors by third-party signal providers, brokers, and technological limitations are not considered Platform Errors, and TraderSignal is not responsible for refunds of subscriptions due to such errors under any circumstances. Technological limitations may include (but are not limited to) frequent modification of SL/TP, quick opening and closing of trades, and reaching broker trade limits.
To receive a refund due to losses caused by Platform Errors, you must notify TraderSignal in writing of your potential claim. You must provide this written notice to TraderSignal as soon as you become aware or should have become aware of the Platform Error, but in any event, no later than 24 hours after the Platform Error occurred. If TraderSignal does not receive such notice from you within 24 hours of the Platform Error, it will not be liable for losses resulting from the Platform Error.
If TraderSignal confirms that a Platform Error occurred concerning your account, and you provided the required notice to TraderSignal within 24 hours, you will receive a refund of your subscription fees. You are responsible for verifying your account statements and regularly monitoring your account status to ensure that the trades you ordered were placed and that all trades on your account were verified, validated, and authorized by you.
TraderSignal is not responsible for any unsupported use cases that may conflict with or limit the proper functioning of the TraderSignal service, such as, but not limited to: duplicating existing trades from TraderSignal on the same account, adjusting TP/SL levels of managed trades, using the same magic number or comment fields as TraderSignal, using a FIFO account, or invalid login information.
Refunds for payments made via the payment system chosen by the company will only be made to an account assigned to the client, regardless of the actual payment method used, and will be subject to a 0.5% fee.
Except as expressly provided otherwise in this refund policy, neither TraderSignal nor our officers, principals, employees, or agents will be liable to any person for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from errors in the TraderSignal trading platform.
